Shipping policy
Once your order leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, it is no longer in our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please:

Double-check your shipping address.

Look around your property (porch, mailbox, side door, garage, etc.).

Contact the carrier directly to file a claim or get more info.
